Intel Foundry is seeking a seasoned and highly strategic Vice President, Human Resources to serve as the principal people and organizational advisor to senior leadership across the Foundry business. This role is instrumental in enabling Intel Foundry's mission to build a world class, resilient, and competitive advanced manufacturing and technology ecosystem.
As a key leader within Intel's Business HR organization, the VP, HR for Foundry will shape and execute the people strategy that supports largescale manufacturing expansion, technology leadership, operational excellence, and long-term workforce sustainability. This leader will operate at the intersection of business strategy, culture, and execution in one of Intel's most complex and strategically critical businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership to Foundry Leadership
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to Intel Foundry's executive leadership, including EVP, GMs, and operations leaders, on all people, leadership, and organizational matters.
• Translate Foundry business objectives capacity expansion, technology roadmap execution, customer commitments, and operational performance into an integrated people and workforce strategy.
• Provide clear, data driven counsel to leaders navigating scale, transformation, and execution in a capital intensive manufacturing environment.
Workforce and Organizational Strategy
• Lead the end to end people agenda for Intel Foundry, including workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and change management.
• Partner with Foundry leadership to design operating models that support rapid growth, regional expansion, and complex global manufacturing operations.
• Anticipate talent and capability needs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions critical to foundry success.
Manufacturing and Site Enablement
• Support largescale fab and site growth in the U.S., partnering closely with operations and site leaders to enable hiring, onboarding, readiness, and organizational health.
• Balance enterprise consistency with site specific and regional needs while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and strong employee relations in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Guide leaders through workforce scaling, labor strategy considerations, and operational transitions.
HR Execution and Integration
• Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, and People Solutions) and HR Operations to deliver seamless, scalable HR solutions.
• Ensure disciplined execution of enterprise people programs while tailoring approaches to meet the unique demands of the Foundry business.
Leadership and Talent Stewardship
• Coach and influence senior Foundry leaders to build high performing, accountable, and inclusive leadership teams.
• Provide executive oversight of succession plans and leadership pipelines for mission critical Foundry roles.
• Lead and develop a senior HR Business leadership team aligned to Foundry priorities, fostering strong capability, collaboration, and depth of talent.
Culture, Engagement and Transformation
• Champion Intel's values while reinforcing a culture of operational excellence, accountability, learning, and innovation within Foundry.
• Act as a catalyst for engagement, organizational health, and continuous improvement across highly technical and operational teams.
• Model resilience, agility, and a growth mindset in a fast paced, high stakes environment.
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience partnering with large, complex businesses, ideally in manufacturing, semiconductors, industrial, or highly technical environments
• Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams during periods of transformation and scale
• Strong understanding of workforce dynamics in manufacturing and engineering driven organizations
• Demonstrated success leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change at enterprise scale
• Experience building and leading high performing HR leadership teams in matrixed, global environments
• Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and ability to lead through ambiguity and operational intensity

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $999.00-$999,999.00
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
