Job Title: Vice President for Enrollment 

Position Requires Relocation to Kuwait

Location: Jahra, Kuwait  

Job Purpose  

The Vice President for Enrollment provides strategic leadership and governance oversight for enrollment management, admissions, student registration, class scheduling, and the monitoring of credit and graduation requirements. The role ensures institutional compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and financial sustainability, while coordinating effectively between academic departments and administrative units. 

Key Responsibilities  

Provide strategic leadership for enrollment management and academic records functions 

Oversee admissions, registration, scheduling, and enrollment operations 

Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements 

Monitor enrollment, retention, progression, and graduation metrics 

Collaborate with academic leadership to align enrollment planning with institutional capacity 

Support financial sustainability through effective enrollment strategy and forecasting 

Oversee enrollment-related data analysis and reporting 

Advise executive leadership on enrollment and academic governance matters 

Perform other duties as assigned 

Required Skills and Qualifications  

Demonstrated senior-level leadership experience in enrollment management or academic administration 

Strong understanding of academic governance and accreditation requirements 

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills 

Strong analytical and financial acumen 

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex institutional initiatives 

Education and Experience  

Masters or PhD required, preferable PhD

Masters or Doctoral degree in Business or a related field preferred 

Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment management or higher education leadership 

Experience in an American-model or international university preferred
