Job purpose
The Vice President of Digital Health Analytics is responsible for the operational management and growth of all survey research, market intelligence, and analytics activities under Digital Health Analytics (DHA). This role provides strategic leadership, operational management, and subject matter expertise for the development, evolution, and execution of all CHIME’s digital health research and analytic programs, including flagship benchmarking initiatives such as the Digital Health Most Wired program. This role is responsible for advancing new market research products, collaborations, and global engagement strategies that position CHIME as the most trusted source for digital health data.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead the operational and strategic development of the survey research and analytics area by identifying business opportunities, new product development, and other activities which will contribute to the growth of the area.
Manage the Analytics team by identifying, monitoring, and achieving team performance metrics.
Develop and execute enterprise data and analytics strategies to achieve a leadership position across the digital healthcare ecosystem as the most trusted source of digital health technology adoption, use, and value data.
Provide executive oversight of the Digital Health Most Wired survey program, including survey design, scoring methodologies, calculation frameworks, and continuous improvement of the benchmarking model.
Guide the analysis and interpretation of survey results to identify national and international trends, insights, and opportunities for expanded content, reporting, and thought leadership.
Oversee the development of executive‑level reports, national trends publications, and other research outputs that translate data into actionable insights for healthcare leaders.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that lead to the expansion of data resources and the maturation of analytics capabilities.
Hold primary responsibility for top and bottom-line financial performance for Digital Health Analytics in partnership with the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer.
Lead the design and execution of new research initiatives, including rapid “pulse” surveys and comprehensive market research studies that support lead generation, sponsorship, and member value. Ensure research outputs address current and emerging pain points across the healthcare ecosystem through rigorous comparative analysis and evidence‑based insights.
Serve as lead on all survey research and analytics projects.
Partner with internal stakeholders to expand international participation and engagement across CHIME’s digital health research and benchmarking programs.
Collaborate closely with Digital Health Insights, Technology, Business Development, and Marketing teams to align research initiatives with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in informatics, research, business, health administration or related area required, Master’s preferred
Minimum of ten (10) plus years’ experience in healthcare management and operations involving survey research, data analytics, or related activities
Experience in providing strategic leadership and operational management in an organization
Knowledge of current trends in the healthcare IT industry
Experience in developing external relationships
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and assignments on deadline
Must be a team player
Must be able to work with diverse personalities with various levels of knowledge and skill
Discipline to successfully work without close supervision but also willing to ask for help or clarification when necessary
This is a remote based position. Some travel will be required.
Must be located in the United States.
