We are seeking an experienced and high-performing VP – Demand to lead enterprise sales and drive new business growth. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role for a results-driven professional with a strong background in direct selling, enterprise client acquisition, and revenue generation.

You will own the end-to-end sales function for your region, working closely with leadership while building and executing strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets. This role offers significant autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development initiatives and drive new client acquisition.
• Partner with Inside Sales and Delivery teams to build and strengthen key client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise and growth-stage clients.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build long-term, high-value relationships with customers.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with both enterprise and growth-stage organizations.
• Differentiate offerings clearly against competitors, emphasizing value and outcomes.
• Manage proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Drive account-based planning for high-potential clients.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual account plans.
• Provide regular business updates and forecasts to leadership.
• Work closely with founders and leadership to drive grassroots-level sales execution and growth.

Desired Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in services, consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong experience in solution selling methodologies and enterprise deal cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English and Hindi).
• Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and client acquisition.
• Experience across domains such as retail marketing, staffing solutions, BTL, SaaS, or WaaS is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage the full sales lifecycle—from planning to closure.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• High energy, self-driven, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales management systems.
