VFX Production Coordinator

The Role

As a VFX Production Coordinator in the Film & Episodic team at Framestore, you'll be engaging daily with VFX Artists, Leads & Supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the production workflows for high-end visual effects shows. You will play a key role in making sure that the artist’s schedules are on target, and you'll be there to support the wider production team.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for:

• Liaising with Line Producers, Leads and Supervisors to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlines

• Organise dailies, rounds and meetings, taking clear and comprehensive notes and ensuring the production database is up to date.

• Provide clear communication between crew including Supervisors, Leans and other members of the production team.

• Anticipate and communicate issues to the Line Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems quickly.

• Maintain an accurate summary of progress from the previous day's work by artists

• Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being proactive and solution-orientated

• Other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected
