At this incredibly exciting stage of our business, we are growing our staffing business for which we require an “Vetting Administrator” to join our team to look after screening and vetting activities for job-seeking candidates, and conduct comprehensive background checks in line with BS7858 standards.
What you will be doing:
Obtain and fully-verify a full 5 year employment, education, and address history
Conduct complete background checks including credit checking and obtaining other references
Identify and clearly communicate potential risks or discrepancies in candidate backgrounds.
Ensure strict adherence to BS7858 standards and company policies.
Be the first point of contact for any issues, escalations, or complaints.
Prepare detailed reports summarising screening outcomes.
Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the screening process and recommend process changes wherever necessary.
What we are looking for:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in customer support and/or customer service.
Preferred experience in screening and vetting, and carrying out compliance and background checks. We can support training on the BS7858 standards.
