​​Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is expanding their Oncology Department and would like to bring on additional Board Certified or Residency Trained Veterinary Medical Oncologist.

​Our 37,500 square foot state of the art hospital is nestled in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, near the Denver metro area. Our team members range from living in the heart of active, downtown Denver to the retreats of mountain towns only 40 minutes away. The exponential growth of our area coupled with the majestic and friendly mountain culture provides a uniquely intrinsic balance of career development and life enhancement. The Denver area benefits from 300+ days of sunshine a year and endless opportunity for independent or community activity. The community is active throughout all seasons, boasting festivals of every kind.

Our hospital culture thrives on collaborative & integrative medicine, as we are a hybrid of multiple specialties and a general practice. Our doctors work collectively and symbiotically with each other. In addition, our structure incorporates the support staff of Certified Technicians and Assistants to be part of this camaraderie, working as peers. How you'll make a difference:

As a Medical Oncologist, you will have the opportunity to bring your advanced education and experience to provide life-changing treatment to the patients of our community. You will also bring your deep passion for mentoring support staff and intern doctors, while providing counsel to the other specialists, and collaborating with the referring community. You will be committed to the highest level of medical care and be a champion of client service.

Schedule: 4 day work schedule

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive base salary of $200,000-250,000 with additional potential with production bonus
