About the Role:
As our Veterinary Medical Billing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our emergency and specialty patients. You’ll work closely with both our clinical and guest service teams to:
• Audit invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain real-time financial updates for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate on and review treatment estimates
• Assist our teams on estimate creation and billing procedures
• Communicate with guests regarding billing questions or concerns
• Keep billing templates and SOPs updated and organized
• Monitor receivables and review outside facility invoices
• Participate in meetings to improve billing systems and operations

Requirements:
• Previous veterinary experience with knowledge of veterinary software (Ezyvet, Vetradar, Cubex) preferred.
• High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
• Strong work ethic
