Role Summary
• The BDUK Vertical Lift Training Solutions Coordinator will coordinate programmatic oversight and training solution development activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, compliant training services. This role supports the establishment of support requirements, cost estimates, SOW breakdowns, master schedules, and implementation plans; supports proposal and R&D estimating; manages the currency of technical data and procedures; and delivers governance, status reviews, and stakeholder engagement throughout the training lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of support requirements and technical objectives to meet contract commitments, including:
• Statement of Work (SOW) breakdowns, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and master scheduling.
• Program implementation and integration plans.
• Support the creation of estimates in support of proposal activities and research & development efforts (BOE, cost models, pricing inputs).
• Coordinate and monitor training solution development including devices, aids, classrooms, infrastructure, and support equipment.
• Support training lifecycle activities using the Analyze, Design, Develop, Deliver, Assure (ADDA) construct.
• Support the production and management of bid and proposal artifacts such as WBS, BOE, SSOW, DMB, SOW, GFX, RIO, MDAL, and CDRL.
• Coordinate training solution analysis and pricing, mobilisation, execution, pilot completions, and evaluations.
• Monitor process development and coordinate activities to ensure technical data, procedures, and support engineering data are documented and current.
• Review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact; integrate product/program lifecycle support activities such as spares provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, status reviews, and program execution reports to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Collect, analyse, and report training performance data, KPIs, and compliance metrics; support cost account management and schedule development.
• Act as liaison in training governance meetings and compliance monitoring activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams; embed Boeing principles and BDUK policies.

Basic Skills/Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a Training lifecycle using the ADDA (Analyse, Design, Develop, Deliver, Assure) construct.
• Familiarity with contractual compliance, project management principles, and training solution design.
• Experience producing proposal artifacts and supporting estimating activities.
• Competent user of O365 applications.
Preferred Skills/ Qualifications & Experience:
• Training program coordination, development, or delivery experience in aerospace or defence sectors.
• Experience performing Training Needs Analysis and Technology Enhanced Learning awareness.
• Proficiency with Boeing policies, processes, and internal tools.
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports and presentations.
• Prior experience with support engineering, spares provisioning, and lifecycle sustainment planning.

• Timely and auditable WBS, SOW, BOE, and CDRL submissions for proposals and contracts.
• Accurate cost estimates and pricing inputs for proposal and R&D activities.
• Current and controlled technical data and procedures supporting training delivery.
• On-schedule delivery of mobilisation and pilot training milestones.
• KPI reporting for training performance, compliance, and continuous improvement actions.
