Role Summary

Owns day-to-day onsite project execution for large-scale construction programs nationwide. Provides direct field leadership to maintain schedule integrity, cost control, safety compliance, and quality delivery for complex scopes including tilt-up, structural concrete, and steel packages.

Core Responsibilities

Lead onsite project operations and subcontractor coordination

Control field scheduling, look-ahead planning, and manpower flow

Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and daily reporting

Enforce safety, quality, and site logistics standards

Track production, validate pay quantities, and support billing

Coordinate with owners, designers, and authorities onsite
