What We Do

We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

Epic is looking for a Creator Evangelist to serve as a bridge between the community of creators, developers, and internal teams, such as Product, Programming, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience as a developer, a game designer, and a passion for helping people make their ideas come to life.

In this role, you will

• Lead the conversation around the latest advancements and best practices in Unreal Editor for Fortnite and Verse

• Create engaging content, including technical talks, webinars, blog posts, demos, and videos, that educate creators on new technologies and trends

• Support UEFN and programming efforts by sharing what you learn while engaging with the creator and gaming community, at large

• Collaborate with creators to ensure they have an avenue for feedback and tools they need to be successful

• Be a leader within the UEFN and Verse community

What we're looking for

• Previously published developer in any video game ecosystem (bonus points if its made with UE or UEFN)

• 5+ years as a Developer with Verse or other programming languages

• Passion for building an ecosystem of developers and creators

• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Driven to do the right thing, not afraid to say NO, taking calculated risks to create maximum impact

• You’re user-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$118,653—$174,024 USD

Washington Base Pay Range
$107,867—$158,204 USD
