Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easy to locate. Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date and accessible

Safely and efficiently deliver orders to local customers, ensuring timely and professional service

Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the products they need, answering questions, and offering recommendations

Work closely with the team to support various tasks and contribute to a positive, productive work environment

Participate in on-the-job training to learn about construction supply sales and take advantage of ongoing education opportunities during the winter months

Answer incoming calls and provide product and pricing information, resolving customer inquiries effectively

 Qualifications:

High school diploma or (equivalent) required; additional education in sales or business is a plus

Prior experience in retail, sales, or construction equipment (preferred)

Forklift experience (preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient in multi-tasking and time management

Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
