SERVA Electrophoresis GmbH

Überblick

Warenannahme und -kontrolle sowie deren fachgerechte Einlagerung. Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Lager. Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung der Waren aus dem Lager für den Versand. Verpackung der Waren für den Versand und Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Versandunterlagen. Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen und internen Abteilungen. Durchführung von Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen. Sonstige anfallende Büroaufgaben.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich (z.B. Fachlagerist:in/Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik)

• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Kenntnisse der Gefahrgutvorschriften (ADR/IATA)

• Im Besitz eines Führerscheins; Staplerschein (oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb)

• Erfahrung mit Office 365, Trans-o-Flex Versandsoftware und ERP System Netsuite ist wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Annahme und Überprüfung von Wareneingängen von Kurierdiensten und Speditionen; Verbuchung im ERP-System.

• Wareneingangskontrolle und Lagermanagement.

• Sicherstellung der konformen Abwicklung von temperaturempfindlichen oder als Gefahrgut/Gefahrstoffe klassifizierten Artikeln gemäß interner SOPs und geltender Richtlinien.

• Kommissionierung.

• Beachten Sie die Gefahrgutabwicklung gemäß ADR/IATA.

• Erstellen Sie die Versand- und Exportpapiere (Zoll) und buchen die Abholung bei Paketdiensten/Speditionen.

• Führen Sie regelmäßige Bestandsprüfungen und Inventuren durch.
