Dit ga je doen

Op onze FHIC-afdeling van FPA Utrecht in Den Dolder begeleid je patiënten in crisis en draag je bij aan hun herstel binnen een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving. Je werkt volgens de FHIC-methodiek, waarbij persoonlijk contact en observatie centraal staan.

Als verpleegkundige:

• Monitor je lichamelijke en psychiatrische gezondheid van patiënten.

• Voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en bewaak je medicatieveiligheid.

• Werk je nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team en de medische dienst.

• Ben je persoonlijk begeleider van enkele patiënten: je ondersteunt, signaleert vroegtijdig en helpt terugval te voorkomen.

• Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan gezondheidsprojecten op de afdeling.
