De poli biedt individuele en groepsgerichte hulp aan volwassenen met ADHD en/of ASS, met een focus op samenwerking en behandeling binnen het team en andere clusters. Taken omvatten diagnostiek, behandeling, farmacotherapie, psycho-educatie en brug slaan tussen verschillende zorgdomeinen.

Voor onze Poli ADHD/Autisme Spectrum Stoornis (ASS) zijn we op zoek naar een Verpleegkundig Specialist die ons komt versterken.

Poli ADHD/ ASS biedt hulp aan volwassenen met de (vermoedelijke) diagnose ADHD en/of ASS, hun familie of naasten. Deze hulp bieden we individueel of in groepsverband aan op twee locaties. Deze locaties betreffen Venlo en Venray. Het team bestaat uit 1 psychiater, 3 GZ-psychologen, 1 GZ-psycholoog i.o., 2 basispsychologen, 3 SPV-ers en een Verpleegkundig Specialist. Aan het team zijn tevens een aantal vaktherapeuten verbonden, die zo nodig ingezet worden.

Je komt te werken op de poli binnen een enthousiast en hecht team, waar een open en betrokken sfeer centraal staat. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich welkom en veilig voelt om te leren en zichzelf te ontwikkelen, ongeacht hoeveel werkervaring je al hebt. 

Binnen onze poli zie je een breed scala aan problematiek, waarbij co-morbiditeit zoals stemmingsstoornissen, dwangklachten, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en middelengebruik regelmatig voorkomt. Dit maakt het werk afwisselend en leerzaam. Je staat er bovendien nooit alleen voor: we werken intensief samen, zowel binnen het team als met collega’s van andere clusters binnen Vincent van Gogh. Die samenwerking zorgt voor goede zorg én een fijne, ondersteunende werkomgeving.

Als Verpleegkundig Specialist behandel je volwassenen met ADHD en/of ASS. Je verricht diagnostiek en indiceert de behandeling, je draagt zorg voor de farmacotherapie. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de psychiater en je stemt af met in- en/of externe disciplines. Je voert individuele en groepsgerichte (deel)behandelingen uit, hierbij is te denken aan psycho-educatie en coaching. Je slaat een brug tussen enerzijds S-GGZ en GB-GGZ en anderzijds tussen GB-GGZ en WMO.
