Een unieke functie in de forensische zorg: als verlofbegeleider bij FPC de Kijvelanden begeleid je tbs-patiënten tijdens hun verloftraject. Samen werk je aan re-integratie, veiligheid en perspectief. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen patiënt, behandelteam en maatschappij.

Dit ga je doen

• Je begeleid tbs-patiënten tijdens hun verloven en zorgt dat alles volgens de verlofdoelen verloopt.

• Je voert voor- en nabesprekingen uit en evalueert het verloop van het verlof.

• Je ontwikkelt verlofdoelen en bespreekt aanbevelingen binnen het multidisciplinair team.

• Je ondersteunt het vaste team van diverse afdelingen als groepsleider waar nodig.

• Je draagt bij aan een veilige, doordachte en zorgvuldige voorbereiding op terugkeer naar de maatschappij.
