As a Verification Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for conducting background checks, validating information, and ensuring all verifications are completed to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Working within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, you’ll apply strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professionalism to manage verification workflows and resolve discrepancies.

This role will be based on site at Kinatico HQ, Perth City with our supportive team, from Monday to Friday, with early start times.

About you:
Excellent eye for detail and data entry, we strive for 100% accuracy (Essential)
Experience supporting or liaising with customers and colleagues.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Confidence using technology and multiple systems.
Natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
A growth mindset and commitment to positive customer outcomes.
Preferred availability for 38 hours per week
You must be willing to complete a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform end-to-end verification checks (e.g. employment, education, ID, criminal history) in line with internal procedures, compliance standards, and SLAs.
Review and process applications, documentation, and data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct outbound verification calls and liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain and validate information.
Manage daily workloads effectively to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround targets.
Provide professional communication to clients and candidates where required, ensuring a smooth and respectful verification experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure all activities are documented appropriately.
