As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working directly with the Event Producer of our MotorRacing events, this role will assist in the design, planning, and implementation of venue layouts and temporary overlay infrastructure, including access control systems, security perimeters, grandstands, and fan zones.

These events are delivered in the context of Formula 1 race weekends and similar high-profile motorsport environments, requiring precision, speed, and coordination at the level of global sporting events with tens of thousands of attendees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and delivery of venue layouts and temporary overlay infrastructure and CAD drawings.

• Coordinate overlay build schedules, contractors, and on-site teams.

• Support site inspections during build-up, event operations, and dismantling.

• Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with production, operations and creative productions teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar.

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in events, motorsport, or large-scale venue planning.

• Proven ability to manage overlay build schedules and site deliver.

• Able to lead small teams, coordinate contractors, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong CAD / AutoCAD skills.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Interest in motorsport, sports events, or large-scale productions
