Vendor Service Representative - Hybrid

LPS is seeking a Vendor Services Representative to join our Team! This position is responsible for finding qualified Service Providers to meet company’s needs in all geographic areas, coordinating the contracts for services, all while assuring compliance with client requirements. Candidates MUST have previous experience working with Vendors in the Collateral Recovery Industry to be considered for this position.

Job Type: Full Time – In Office (Grand Rapids, MI) with option for Hybrid /OR/ In Office (Natchez, MS) with option for Hybrid. Must live within commuting distance of Grand Rapids MI or Natchez MS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinating contracts with industry service providers.

Monitoring the performance of the service providers.

Seeking our additional service providers in geographic areas with low coverage.

Ensuring vendor/service provider compliance with company requirements.

Helping to problem solve issues with vendor/service provider billing and disbursements.

Requirements:

Experience in the Collateral Recovery industry preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Excellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Problem Solving abilities.
