Job Description

• Support restaurants in smooth daily operations by resolving operational issues.
• Assist restaurants in improving performance and growing on the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and act as a key point of contact.
• Proactively engage vendors to stay online and onboard into relevant packages.
• Handle urgent requests efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Prepare and share daily activity and performance reports with management.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of vendors.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
