The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for handling daily vendor onboarding, renewal, and compliance operations. This role ensures accuracy, SLA adherence, and smooth coordination across internal teams while handling day to day vendor onboarding and renewal workflows. Responsible for contributing to the platform enhancements for process efficiency and better user experience.

What you'll do::
• Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding and renewal activities, ensuring timely completion of due diligence, documentation, and approvals
• Rigorous follow-up with subsequent reviewer groups to ensure the compilation of vendor onboarding and renewal activities.
• Review and validate business requestor and vendor submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Quantcast policies
• Coordinate closely with Legal, InfoSec, Finance and Business teams to resolve blockers
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and compliance documents within Certa and other internal systems
• Track turnaround times, SLAs, and quality metrics; identify trends and improvement areas
• Contribute to the platform enhancements for process efficiency and better user experience.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to represent vendor onboarding and renewal data
• Closely monitor system integrates to identify platform issues and work closely with platform development team to ensure they are resolved in timely manner

Who you are::
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–6 years of experience in Vendor Management or Operations
• Good understanding of Advertising / Digital Media industry and vendor ecosystems
• Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle management
• Working experience on Certa platform is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication: Writing and speaking
• Advanced Excel - Macros, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.
• Nimble with agility to work across disparate teams, time zones, and a multitude of partners and stakeholders
