The Vendor Education Manager (EU Markets) will support the execution of Pandora’s Vendor Education strategy across European markets, reporting into the Head of Vendor Education. This role is responsible for translating global strategy into actionable, localized education initiatives that drive vendor performance.
The position focuses on content development and localization, working closely with Product, AI COE, and local market teams to ensure training materials reflect available features, market-specific needs, and operational realities. The role also plays a key part in driving adoption, managing regional stakeholders, and tracking the impact of education initiatives on key business metrics.
Main responsibilities
• Content Development & Localization:
• Co-develop and localize vendor education content in collaboration with Product, AI COE, and local market teams, ensuring alignment with available features, tools, and country-specific requirements.
• Execution of Vendor Education Strategy:
• Support the rollout of global Vendor Education initiatives across EU markets, adapting frameworks and programs to local contexts while ensuring consistency with global standards.
• Vendor Segmentation & Targeting:
• Apply defined vendor segmentation frameworks to EU markets, ensuring the right cohorts are targeted with relevant and timely education interventions.
• Engagement & Adoption:
• Drive vendor engagement and training adoption across markets, partnering with local teams to ensure effective communication, rollout, and participation.
• Performance Tracking & Impact Measurement:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of education initiatives, tracking key metrics (e.g., adoption, completion, business impact) and providing insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management (EU Markets):
• Act as the main point of contact for Vendor Education across EU markets, working closely with local teams to gather feedback, address needs, and ensure strong alignment and execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with Product and AI COE teams to ensure education content reflects product updates, feature releases, and strategic priorities, while embedding education into operational workflows.
• Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement:
• Collect structured feedback from markets and performance data to iterate on content, improve delivery methods, and ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
• Operational Excellence & Scalability:
• Support the implementation of scalable processes, tools, and governance frameworks defined at global level, ensuring consistent execution and reporting across EU markets.
• 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, education, operations, or enablement roles, with a proven ability to drive performance through structured education programs across multiple markets.
• Hands-on experience in developing, localizing, and delivering training content in collaboration with Product, AI COE, and local teams, ensuring alignment with features, market-specific requirements, and operational realities.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking adoption, completion, and performance metrics, and using data to inform content improvements and business impact.
• Experience working with multiple countries or markets, adapting content, engagement approaches, and operational processes to local needs and maturity levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at the local and regional level, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and smooth execution of education initiatives.
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and COE, to ensure education is embedded in operational workflows and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate operational and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for local teams.
• Experience in project management, including planning, prioritization, and coordinating multiple initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with broader objectives.
