Vendor Coordinator
Jonluca Neal is the largest, family-owned, natural food distribution company in Canada. We service a wide variety of retail partners and represent a diverse group of vendors. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and we are looking for resourceful, experienced, and energized professionals to join our growing team.
We are hiring a Vendor Coordinator to work from our head office in Vaughan, Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this is a permanent, full-time, in-office position.
The successful candidate will have a desire to contribute to our rapidly growing, family-owned company. This administrative role will support our national vendor / sales strategy by acting as the front-line support for all vendor activities (product launches, trade show promotions, product changes, etc.), while ensuring accurate data management and timely support.
Data Management & Vendor Support:
Act as the front-line coordinator for vendors by providing timely and thoughtful support.
Collaborate with various departments and facilitate vendors requirements.
Process all vendor forms (includes New Vendor Set-up, Line Extensions, Product Changes, etc.) and organize all vendor data / files on SharePoint.
Verifying GS1 publications and troubleshoot to quickly resolve issues.
Quickly communicate and resolve product inspection issues.
Coordinate and facilitate vendor training for product knowledge sessions.
Send monthly sales reports and additional vendor communications.
Communicate new item set-up / new brand set-up, and disco to all departments
Maintain trackers for new item set-up / disco
Support Brand Managers with brand review reports and inventory in warehouse reports as required.
Support Samples Coordinator by organizing Monthly Sales Rep Packages (samples, sell sheets, etc.)
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communicator with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and work to deadline.
Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work well on a team and relate to others across multiple business functions.
