Job Description

O que você irá fazer:

• Contatar (por telefone e e-mail) leads qualificados buscando a conversão de clientes;

• Fazer o Follow Up (por telefone e e-mail) de oportunidades qualificadas;

• Desdobrar a empatia pelas necessidades dos e das clientes;

• Estudar nossas soluções e produto no detalhe para dialogar e argumentar com propriedade sobre os problemas e necessidades de nossos e nossas clientes;

• Registrar e documentar informações estratégicas e detalhes das oportunidades em nossos sistemas;

O que você precisa ter:

• Ter habilidade com Pacote Office;

• Ter habilidade em Comunicação Verbal e Escrita;

• Ter experiência na área Comercial;

• Ser empático(a) e prestar um atendimento humanizado e com carisma;

• Ter afinidade com a área de tecnologia;

• Compreender os processos de vendas;

• Ser resiliente e adaptável para realizar inúmeros contatos telefônicos e por e-mail diariamente;

• Capacidade de realizar multitarefas e administrar bem o tempo em função das prioridades.

• Será considerado um diferencial:

• Conhecer as ferramentas CRM: Hubspot;

• Conhecimento em logística e/ou E-commerce
