About the Role:
Our client, a well-established automotive bodyshop, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join their busy team in Grantham

You’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint, ensuring all surfaces are properly sanded, filled, and masked to a high standard. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing vehicles for paint in accordance with manufacturer and workshop standards
• Sanding, filling, masking, and priming panels
