About the role

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Associate (Evening Shift) to join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch’s quality and sales standards. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What you’ll do

•
Manually identify and capture features within vehicles

•
Use captured features to determine vehicle trim levels

•
Copy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information)

•
Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

•
Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections)

•
Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting

What we’re looking for

• Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with common car brands and vehicle features relevant to the Canadian market, with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.

• Data Entry Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with accurate, high-volume data entry using tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.

• Multitasking Ability: Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency in a production-driven environment.

• Professionalism: Presents a polished, professional appearance and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.

• Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders.
