Vehicle Administrator
The Vehicle Administration team provides crucial admin support to the Sales Departments, working with them to deliver an excellent customer experience, whilst ensuring our manufacturer, regulatory and company standards are adhered to. A number of computer systems are used to manage and control stock visibility, track orders, manage financial transactions, and to report data to the Manufacturer. Sales Administration are responsible for updating these systems, ensuring they are accurate and that reporting deadlines are adhered to.
Being part of Hawco Group you will be working for one of the few remaining family owned car retailers which has over 70 years’ experience delivering excellent service to motorists in the north of Scotland.
Full Time 37.5 Hours
What you'll do:
The role includes, but is not limited to, ordering vehicles to stated specification
Tracking vehicle orders and updating the sales team
Reviewing order data
Producing invoices
Processing vehicle warranties
Logging sale data
Taxing vehicles
Maintaining accurate stock records
Vehicle Funding
Reporting
Database management and general office duties.
The role is varied and involves responsibility, a high level of attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities and operating to strict deadlines.
What you'll need:
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure
An enquiring mind with excellent problem solving skills
Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly spreadsheet skills.
Previous motor industry experience or experience in a similar role is desirable.
