Mint City Utility Services is hiring full-time team members for our Vegetation Management Program supporting local utility providers. We are seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our growing crews. Experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on role and experience)
Location: Columbia City IN
Positions & Pay
Ground Worker: $18.00+
Bucket Operator: $22.00 – $26.00
Climber: $22.00 – $28.00
Schedule
Depends on season
Start: 6:00 AM
End: Approximately 4:00 PM
Full-Time | In-Person
Responsibilities
Assist with vegetation trimming and cleanup near utility lines
Operate tools and equipment safely
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow all safety and company procedures
Work outdoors in varying conditions
Requirements
Ability to lift 75+ lbs throughout the day
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR required- CDL a plus)
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Safety-focused and dependable
