Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.
Responsibilities
• Lead BIM/VDC scope for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, deadlines, and client requirements.
• Plan project BIM activities, deliverables, milestones, and coordination workflows.
• Ensure project compliance with KIWE BIM standards, and project specific requirements.
• Implement and maintain BEPs, model setup, file structures, and documentation workflows.
• Support adherence to naming conventions, coordination procedures, and data exchange protocols.
• Manage model health checks, QA/QC reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination efforts.
• Oversee project configuration in Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, or ACC.
• Identify opportunities to optimize design and coordination workflows using tools such as Dynamo or integrations when appropriate.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of professional BIM experience, including: 5+ years full‑time Revit experience, 3+ years supporting or leading BIM scope on industrial/EPC/design‑build projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Docs/ACC.
• Experience with Dynamo, Python, C# or similar tools (Desirable).
• Experience developing or implementing BEPs, coordination schedules, model audits, and digital workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English advanced is a must, minimum B2+.
