Função: Value Stream Coordinator / PM 

Descrição da Função:

Gestão das entregas de 3 / 4 value streams, capaz de acompanhar a sua evolução, garantir que os planos estão on track e ajudar a desbloquear impedimentos. Será também responsável por preparar e organizar um status report quinzenal com os progressos, riscos e próximos passos.

Responsabilidades:

• Acompanhar o progresso diário/ semanal das value streams atribuídas.
• Garantir alinhamento entre equipas de negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders.
• Identificar bloqueios e apoiar na sua resolução.
• Preparar, organizar e facilitar status updates quinzenais.
• Criar documentação de acompanhamento (roadmaps, trackers, reports).
• Suportar os leads de cada stream na priorização e clarificação de ações.

Requisitos:

• Experiência prévia em PM, Project Coordination ou funções similares.
• Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e gestão de stakeholders.
• Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas.
• Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis é valorizado.
• Autonomia e proatividade.

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office).
• Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
