Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our global development team. This role is responsible for the development, validation, and industrialization of automotive components, with a strong focus on battery systems and electromechanical technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3 years of proven experience as part of an engineering team
• Experience in cost savings
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, e.g. Purchasing, Quality, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Project management proven experience
• Self-starter approach, high motivation, goal-oriented

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive component development (HVAC and electrical)
