Validation and Verification Engineering Lead

We are looking for a Validation & Verification engineering lead. As someone who thrives at the intersection of system architecture and risk assessment, you will own the strategy, design, and execution of our end-to-end Validation & Verification efforts. You will define requirements and tests, define the Validation & Verification framework connecting the dots between safety requirements and test, and translate these requirements into executable test campaigns. You will orchestrate the development of automated and manual tests, working with Test and Software Engineers to rigorously confirm correct function under both nominal and faulted conditions.

Your day to day will involve designing and implementing a scalable testing strategy for refining requirements, validating the system meets these requirements, and verifying that the overall system meets stakeholder expectations.

This is a technical leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in system integration environments, and has strong instincts for both architectural and test rigor. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds and understanding in a technical area like autonomy, controls, mechanical design, or aerospace.
