Introductie

Ben jij een ervaren commerciële professional die energie krijgt van new business, strategische gesprekken én het closen van deals? Als Account Executive breid je onze partnerbase uit en haal je nieuwe klanten binnen. Je runt de volledige salescyclus: van eerste gesprek tot handtekening. Je werkt met IT-dienstverleners, MSP’s en security-partners — een doelgroep die scherp, technisch en resultaatgericht is. Jij weet hoe je waarde verkoopt en hoe je van een kans een deal maakt. Dit is de perfecte rol voor AEs die vrijheid willen, ownership pakken én zichtbaar resultaat willen boeken.

Jouw Rol

• Je benadert en acquireert nieuwe partners binnen jouw regio of segment.

• Je bouwt een sterke pipeline via outbound outreach, business reviews en relatie-ontwikkeling.

• Je voert 40–50 hoogwaardige outbound gesprekken per dag wanneer nodig.

• Je volgt onze value-based en solution-selling aanpak.

• Je geeft demo’s, maakt businesscases en laat duidelijke ROI zien.

• Je onderhandelt over prijzen, voorwaarden en implementatie.

• Je sluit deals die voldoen aan onze marge- en pricingstandaarden.

• Gemiddelde dealwaarde: ca. $15K ARR

• Deals per jaar: ca. 85

• Salescyclus: 25–30 dagen

• Je werkt samen met Sales Engineers, Marketing en Partner Success.

• Je coacht en ondersteunt collega’s wanneer nodig — je bent een voorbeeld binnen het team.

Wie Jij Bent

• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en weet hoe je een commerciële funnel bouwt.

• Je bent een echte hunter: je creëert kansen, je wacht niet op inbound.

• Je kunt schakelen tussen strategische gesprekken en dagelijkse salesactiviteit.

• Je kunt technisch-inhoudelijke concepten vertalen naar zakelijke waarde.

• Je hebt kennis van of affiniteit met MSP’s, TSP’s, IT-diensten en cybersecurity.

• Je communiceert professioneel in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

• Je voelt je thuis bij een kritische, veeleisende, maar eerlijke doelgroep.

Wat Jij Meebrengt

• Bachelor of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.

• 6+ jaar ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in software, IT of diensten.

• Aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig runnen van volledige salescycli.

• Ervaring met outbound sales en pipeline-opbouw.

• Pré: ervaring met Salesforce, Outreach of ZoomInfo.
