Job Description
This role will be with our Collections team in Accounting. Basic data entry and following templates for emails generated to customers. The position will require Phone skills with Inbound and Outbound calls speaking with customers and forwarding calls to the correct department. This will be during standard US Operating hours 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
No previous history required with accounting, this is a VA role for data entry and phone speaking. Training provided via Microsoft Teams meeting.
Requirements:
- Overnight PH shift - Day shift US PST hours 8am-5pm
- Proficient both speaking and written English
-Must have own PC/Laptop (Intel i3,i5,i7 / min. 8GB RAM / Win 10,11 or Mac OS equivalent) and working Headset
-Stable Power, Internet and Back-up
-Strictly no moonlighting and health issues
