What’s the opportunity?

If you care about writing and believe that users can rely on your writing to find their way in our software, we are looking for you!

We do Ux writing (UI writing), some traditional technical writing (Help centre articles, release notes), and some innovative writing (for generative AI bots).

We understand that you may not have experience in all these areas – but if these ideas excite you and you are willing to adapt to these different styles of writing, do write to us!

What will you be doing?

Write and refine clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy for buttons, labels, alerts, flows, modals, and navigation.

Collaborate with design, product, and customer education teams to ensure content enhances usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

•
Learn and apply Zenoti’s voice and tone guidelines across product areas and digital touchpoints.

•
Contribute to and maintain style guides, content patterns, and documentation libraries.

•
Participate in content audits, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the platform.

•
Learn UX writing best practices and advocate for content-driven design thinking.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

•
1-2 years of experience in UX writing, UX content design, or related writing roles.

•
Strong writing and proofreading skills with a portfolio of digital product work.

•
Familiarity with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

•
Understanding of usability, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), and localization compatibility.

•
The ability to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable content solutions is a plus.
