Job Description
We’re looking for a Visual UX Designer who delights in crafting beautiful, consistent, and user‑centred interfaces.
We love turning complex experience problems into elegant, innovative, and useful solutions that meet our customers needs. Being a product led and customer centred team, means we craft high-quality user focused, re-usable experiences.
We use digital tools to innovate, communicate, and share, while knowing the value of face-to-face meetings and when to be there in person to build networks and positively influence.
Our hive mind of designers and front-end developers work together in a multi-timezone team to deliver experiences that scale and delight.
Join us to be part of this diverse, creative, and passionate team to bring ideas to life through high‑quality visuals, layouts, components, and responsive design solutions.
You will refine and improve our Design System and enjoy seeing our design components used by all our designers and developers.
Bring your strong visual craft, your attention to detail, and your passion for turning complex ideas into clear, elegant designs — we will welcome your thirst to learn and to contribute.
Do this sound like you?
• Delivering high‑quality visual design solutions, including layouts, UI screens, components, and responsive assets for web and digital products.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, service designers, developers, and product owners to translate user needs and requirements into clear visual outputs.
• Complete established flows and use cases, find and visualise edge cases so that we are ready for development.
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system, applying consistent styles, patterns, and brand principles across experiences.
• Support the refinement of existing designs by improving clarity, usability, and visual quality.
• Take part in user‑centred practices such as reviewing user insights, exploring different visual approaches, and iterating based on feedback.
• Participate in reviews to share your visual thinking, and incorporate insightful feedback constructively.
• Prepare visual assets, prototypes, and presentation‑ready materials that clearly communicate design intent.
• use the latest techniques and tools (including AI tools) to ensure our approach is as concise, clear and efficient as possible.
• Work efficiently in agile teams, delivering high‑fidelity visuals that align with sprint goals.
Do your skills resonate with our needs?
• A love of visual design and hierarchy, UI layouts, colour and typography.
• Flamboyance (or even just quiet confidence) in Figma.
• Loving auto-layout, smart components and data visualisation.
• Understanding of user‑centred principles and how they shape UI decisions.
• A visual eye for detail and a passion for high‑quality execution.
• Clear communication skills to understand and explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• A collaborative, open mindset who will enjoy working with amazing colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Product Design or equivalent professional experience
Do your have others skills we might also want to hear about?
• You adore a proper design system to help deliver UX at speed
• Your Figma skills are impressive but you long to find even better ways of crafting the future
• Inclusive in your approach to design with empathy and accessibility on your mind as you work.
• Keen to learn the 'definition of ready' and when to size t-shirts
• Prototype for fun and love finding ways to change ideas into moments that matter.
• Attuned to brand creative intent while embracing consistency.
