Job Description
We are hiring a UX/UI Website & Landing Page Designer to lead the design of client websites, landing pages, and custom animated interactions. This role owns the visual and interaction quality of websites and landing pages, with a strong focus on driving engagement and conversion performance. You will lead end to end visual and interaction design for high impact digital experiences. Examples of the type of work expected include full sites and landing pages with intentional motion and visual polish similar to Feno, Teddy Baldassarre, Ghia, and Jolie Skin Co.
What You Will Own
Site Design
Lead the design of responsive, mobile friendly websites from concept through final deliverables.
Produce wireframes, visual mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.
Define layout systems, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns that elevate brand storytelling.
Design Systems and Consistency
Establish and maintain scalable layout systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards across pages and projects.
Landing Page and Conversion Experience
Design landing pages with clear user flows that support acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
Integrate user psychology and conversion principles into page layouts, CTAs, and interactive elements.
Partner closely with performance, analytics, and development teams to iterate on designs based on data and results.
Motion and Interaction
Create purposeful micro interactions and animations that enhance usability and brand feel, including scroll triggers, hover states, and transitions.
Document animation behavior and transitions for clear developer handoff
Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, developers, copywriters, and performance marketers.
Translate business requirements into compelling user interfaces.
Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining design integrity.

High quality design outputs that balance aesthetics, brand identity, usability, and conversion goals.
Clean, organized design files with clear annotations and developer handoff assets.
Measurable improvement to engagement or conversion metrics on landing pages and site pages post launch.
Required Skills and Experience
3 to 6 years of professional UX and UI web design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design system and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of responsive design and interactive or animated experiences.
Experience designing full websites and landing pages that drive results.
Strong visual design sensibility across layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
Ability to articulate design decisions in business and performance context.
Comfortable owning projects with minimal direction in a fast paced agency environment.
Bonus if You Have
Experience with conversion optimization principles and A B testing workflows.
Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS to support design development collaboration.
A track record of motion design or web animation work using GSAP, Lottie, or CSS based interactions.

Compensation and Benefits
Contract position; $2500-$4500/month USD
