UX-UI engineer

BlackStone eIT is searching for a talented UX-UI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a UX-UI Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience by ensuring that the web applications are user-friendly and visually appealing. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive designs and interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

Your duties will include gathering and evaluating user requirements, developing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. You will apply your design skills to create seamless user interfaces that align with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Utilize design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual components.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to development teams to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX-UI Engineer or similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
