Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented UX & UI Designer to join our innovative team in Cairo. You will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Your creative flair and attention to detail will help enhance the overall usability and aesthetics of our applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

As a UX & UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create engaging and user-friendly designs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the visual aspects and functionality of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX & UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for different platforms (web, mobile).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design best practices.
• A creative mindset with a passion for designing intuitive user experiences.
• Up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
