We are recruiting an experienced UX/UI designer to work with our client's agile team and design their online journeys and associated web pages. The designer will then hand over these designs to their policy administration system vendor who will handle the web development for the existing portal.
Skills:
• Must have the ability to understand the vision and translate it into practical designs that demonstrate business value.
• Must possess empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Background in financial services is required.
• Proven experience in FinTech, preferably dealing with various investment products.
• Has done similar work for other clients and demonstrated the value of their inputs.
• Familiar with our types of transactions (New business, Additional, Withdrawal, Switches).
• Understanding of regulatory background with respect to AML (as an example) – the key pain points in a process we need to remove for the client.
Business Outcomes:
• Define screen designs for each page in the workflow for capturing and validating requirements for each of the transaction types in scope: Client information changes, additional investments, withdrawals, new business.
• Create an integrated workflow where client information changes are incorporated into the workflow for each of the four transaction types mentioned above.
• Define screen designs for each page in the workflow that include: look and feel, branding, page layout, and menu bar organization.
• Optimize screen layout for easy use, intuitive navigation, and minimize the number of clicks throughs and screen changes to support easy use and speedy completion.
• Drive data validation to avoid/prevent incomplete submissions.
• Converge where possible to the look and feel of the Wealth planner secure portal if it is deemed effective.
