Job Description

Your mission:
• Design and optimize conversion funnels (product pages, checkout flows, upsells,) that directly impact revenue;

• Support Product Owners managing 10+ e-commerce products with rapid design iterations;

• Work together with our experienced Tech and product teams;

• See your designs tested with real traffic and measured by CR, AOV, and RPS metrics;

• Gain loads of valuable experience in large scale, worldwide e-commerce site development.

Your profile:
• Have 2+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on e-commerce conversion optimization;

• Have proven track record of designing high-converting funnels (product pages, checkout flows, upsells)

• Be proficient in Figma, with working knowledge of Webflow and Framer capabilities;

• Have experience with design systems and component libraries for rapid variation creation;

• Be data-driven - comfortable with heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics;

• Thrive in high-velocity testing environments (5-10+ design variations per week);

• Communicate proactively with Product Owners, developers, and copywriters in cross-functional sprints.

• Seek to master responsive and mobile-first design & no code development.
