Buscamos UX/UI Designer Sr

¿Qué harás?

• Liderar el diseño end-to-end de productos digitales, plataformas web, aplicaciones móviles y experiencias omnicanal desde investigación hasta entrega final

• Conducir research de usuarios utilizando metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas: entrevistas, pruebas de usabilidad, análisis de comportamiento y card sorting

• Crear user personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototipos interactivos y especificaciones de diseño detalladas

• Diseñar interfaces de alta fidelidad que combinen estética visual con funcionalidad óptima y accesibilidad universal (WCAG)

• Desarrollar y mantener design systems, component libraries y style guides que aseguren consistencia visual y eficiencia en diseño

• Facilitar workshops de co-diseño y sesiones de design thinking con stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios

• Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores front-end asegurando implementación fiel de diseños y viabilidad técnica

• Mentorar y guiar a diseñadores junior compartiendo mejores prácticas, metodologías y elevando la calidad del trabajo del equipo

• Presentar propuestas de diseño y hallazgos de research a stakeholders de nivel senior defendiendo decisiones con data y principios de UX

• Establecer y monitorear métricas de experiencia de usuario identificando oportunidades de optimización continua

• Asegurar cumplimiento de regulaciones del mercado canadiense, estándares de accesibilidad y guidelines de marca en todos los diseños

• Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en UX/UI, mejores prácticas de la industria y comportamiento del consumidor digital

Skills Requeridos

• Experiencia +5 años

• Licenciatura en Diseño de Interacción, UX Design, Diseño Digital, Diseño Gráfico o carreras afines

• Conocimientos avanzados en: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Herramientas de prototipado avanzado: Principle, ProtoPie, Framer (deseable), Google Analytics, Mixpanel o herramientas de análisis de comportamiento, ira, Confluence o herramientas de gestión ágil de proyectos.
