Tryob startup company  that is looking to hire a contract UX/UI researcher.

We're excited to welcome a talented UX UI Designer to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a UX UI Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital platforms
• Continuously stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to drive innovation in our design process
• Present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary
• Contribute to a collaborative and enthusiastic team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting fellow designers

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and a range of design styles
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Solid understanding of design systems, style guides, and their implementation
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies
