Job Brief

We are looking for an outstanding UX/UI Experience Designer to be responsible for the innovative design and layout of our web, email, and mobile applications. Experience Designer responsibilities include creating early proof of conceptual designs all the way to completion with delivery of final pixel-perfect assets to developers, and ensuring final visual polish of completed applications. Experience Designers also help with formulating brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create stunning visual designs for commercial web sites and mobile apps
• Produce clean, precise visual assets for web and mobile developers
• Adjust to various styles of multiple brands
• Work with multiple teams in product development and customer success, so good communication and organization skills are critical
• Experience designing outstanding web-based products for customer-oriented website
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas designs effectively

• Provide a portfolio to be reviewed. The portfolio should show a variety of styles, ideally from work experience. Include examples of designs before and after customer review, ideally including redlines.
• 3-5 years minimum experience in experience design or equivalent (visual design, digital design, digital art, digital marketing, etc.)
• Proficient with industry standards design tool (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)
• Expert in modern, responsive website and email design
• Detail oriented, clean design; meticulous with pixels
• Well-organized and self-motivated to prioritized and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
