UX UI Designer

Job Description 

As the UX/UI Designer
at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence and user experience of our online platforms. You will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience, and implementing SEO best practices. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our content and how we nurture leads through continuous improvement and updates. Additionally, you will coordinate the unification and integration of website and online platform projects, ensuring a cohesive digital strategy.  

Location & Language Requirements

Native Portuguese speaker (verbal and written).
Must be based in Latin America 
Preferred time zones: GMT-5, GMT-4, or GMT-6.
Willingness to relocate to our Uberlândia office is highly desired but not mandatory.

Core Responsibilities 

Create New Layout (Look & Feel): 

Design and develop new layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly. 

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with our brand identity. 

Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices. 

Guarantee Optimal UX: 

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights. 

Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 

Implement UX best practices to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. 

Implement Best Practices for SEO: 

Optimize web pages for search engines to improve organic search rankings. 

Integrate SEO strategies into the design and content of the website. 

Monitor and adjust SEO tactics as needed to achieve optimal performance. 

Continuous Improvement and Update of Content for Nurturing Leads: 

Regularly update blog posts, success cases, and product portfolio content. 

Ensure that all content is aligned with the latest marketing strategies. 

Collaborate with content creators to maintain a consistent voice and tone. 

Project Management: 

Manage website projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, development. 

Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 

Coordinate the unification and integration of website and online platform projects, ensuring a cohesive digital strategy. 

Notions of Design: 

Apply graphic design principles to create visually compelling digital assets on website and mobile apps. 

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards. 

Notions of Market and Competitors in Technology: 

Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies. 

Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform design decisions. 

Adapt strategies based on market insights to stay ahead of the competition. 

SEO Knowledge: 

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and improve SEO performance. 

Implement technical and content-based SEO improvements. 

Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes. 

Requirements 

Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful projects. 

Hands-on experience with WordPress or HTML, including theme customization and plugin management. 

Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to integrate SEO strategies into design and content. 

Expert in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Dreamweaver) and familiarity with other relevant tools (Sketch, Figma). 

Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to drive design decisions. 

Up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements in the industry. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional multicultural teams. 

Strong project management skills, adept at coordinating timelines, and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure project goals are achieved. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
