UX/UI Designer -Mid Level - (f/m/x)

Our pioneering team of marketing experts uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve.

We are expanding our Design team and seeking a talented UX/UI Designer (f/m/x) to help us shape the user experience and interface for a complex, information-rich, consumer-facing product. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UI’s and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the Head of Design and cross-functional teams. • Designing user-centered interfaces for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital products that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Creating prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test design concepts before development, reducing errors and improving efficiency. 

• Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure design aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines. 

• Maintaining design systems and consistent branding across digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and professional user experience.

• Professional degree in graphic design or visual design 
• 3+ years of relevant experience working with UX/UI design in a product-led environment
• Proven proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe suite, familiarity with interaction design would be an advantage
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills, ability to read CSS- and HTML-code would be a plus 
• Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic, data-driven, and creative environment, as well as passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
• Fluent in English, effective written and verbal communication skills. Any other European language is a plus.
• Candidates MUST be based in the Madrid metropolitan area.
