Descripción del rol

En VML Perú buscamos un(a) UX/UI Designer, capaz de traducir necesidades del usuario y del negocio en soluciones digitales intuitivas, escalables y alineadas a objetivos estratégicos.

El rol tendrá impacto directo en la experiencia del usuario, liderando procesos de diseño end-to-end e integrando Inteligencia Artificial como parte del proceso creativo y de optimización.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar y analizar necesidades de usuarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora.

• Diseñar flujos de usuario, arquitecturas de información, wireframes y prototipos interactivos.

• Crear interfaces visuales intuitivas, accesibles y alineadas a lineamientos de marca.

• Diseñar, mantener y escalar design systems y librerías de componentes.

• Aplicar Inteligencia Artificial en procesos de research, ideación, prototipado y optimización.

• Implementar soluciones de diseño asegurando consistencia entre UX, UI y desarrollo.

• Colaborar con equipos de producto, tecnología y data en entornos ágiles.

Requisitos

• Bachiller en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Digital, Comunicación, Marketing o carreras afines.

• Experiencia comprobada en diseño UX/UI para productos digitales.

• Dominio avanzado de Figma y manejo intermedio de Adobe.

• Conocimiento de Design Thinking, UX Research y metodologías centradas en el usuario.

• Experiencia práctica utilizando IA aplicada al diseño.

• Portafolio indispensable.
