We zoeken een UX/UI designer die verder kijkt dan wireframes en flows. Die niet alleen snapt hoe iets werkt, maar ook ziet waar het beter kan. Iemand die doorheeft wanneer een interactie klopt, en het fixt als dat niet zo is.

Een designer die energie krijgt van sterke visuals, scherpe interacties en doordachte gebruikerservaringen.

Wat je gaat doen

Je komt hier niet in je eentje “de designkant doen”. Je werkt samen met andere designers, developers en product owners. Samen, als team.

• Je ontwerpt interfaces die logisch zijn én er sterk uitzien

• Je maakt complexe dingen begrijpelijk (zonder ze saai te maken)

• Je werkt nauw samen met drie ontwikkelteams en hun product
owners

• Je denkt mee vanaf idee tot wat er uiteindelijk live staat

• Je stelt vragen, daagt uit en maakt het beter

• Je test, past aan en laat niet los tot het klopt

We doen niet aan dikke rapporten die in een map verdwijnen. We bouwen, kijken, leren en verbeteren.

Wat we in je zoeken

• We zoeken geen alleskunner. Wel iemand die zijn vak serieus neemt.

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als UX/UI designer

• Je hebt een scherp oog voor visual design (typografie, kleur, ritme,
detail)

• Figma is voor jou bekend terrein

• Je kunt uitleggen waarom je iets doet (en kritisch zijn als iets niet goed genoeg is)

• Je denkt vanuit de gebruiker en durft keuzes te maken

Bonuspunten: ervaring met design systems, animatie of front-end.
