We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape user experiences across multiple digital products. You will work on both external user-facing interfaces and internal tools, contributing to design decisions and improving usability across the product ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who already has hands-on experience and wants to grow by working on diverse products and real business challenges.

Responsibilities

Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile products.

Create wireframes, user flows, and UI layouts based on product requirements.

Participate in the design of internal systems with complex user scenarios.

Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Take part in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Help maintain consistency across products using design systems and components.

Requirements

2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design.

Strong practical skills in Figma.

Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.

Ability to communicate design ideas clearly within the team.

Interest in developing professional skills and learning new approaches.

Domain experience (FinTech, CRM, complex systems) is a plus.

English for day-to-day communication; Russian will be an advantage.

Portfolio requirement: Your portfolio should include final designs as well as 1–2 detailed case studies that clearly demonstrate your design process, decision-making, and the reasoning behind the final solution.
