Job Summary:

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles to support the evolution of the mseONE platform. The ideal candidate should be capable of working within an existing design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and proactively enhancing usability and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities::
• Review and understand existing platform designs and components in Figma.
• Design new screens, workflows, and UI components aligned with the current design system.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and user experience.
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes following UX best practices.
• Identify and propose usability improvements and UI enhancements.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Qualifications & skills::
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web or enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and managing design system components.
• Strong understanding of UX principles including usability, accessibility, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and designing intuitive user journeys and workflows.
• Experience working with and extending design systems while maintaining visual and interaction consistency.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for modern web applications.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS to support effective developer collaboration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across designs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and UI design capabilities.

Preferred Skills::
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms.
• UX/UI Design certifications such as Google UX Design Certification, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems.
• Exposure to usability testing and user research methodologies.
